Word from the Proprietor

I was born to Late Sri Barla Apparao and Late Smt Barla Devi in Anakapalli district. My father was an Education Officer and my mother was a Municipal School Teacher. Coming from a humble background, I have seen and understood the value of money and the importance of investments in the welfare of a family. This has created a deep-rooted impact on my ethics and acted as a strong base for my business motto. I make sure your emotions and sentiments are always valued at Sri Sai Geetha Developers. Having worked in different fields during my early days, I finally discovered my passion for real estate and the joy of making my client’s dream of owning a property come true. After my graduation (B.Sc), I started my career as a Medical Representative. Later, I worked for an Insurance Company while pursuing my Master’s Degree, during which I was introduced to the field of Real Estate. The growth potential in Visakhapatnam intrigued me. So, I resigned from my job and started as an agent. I focused on Developing and Marketing Residential Plots and Construction which gave me great insights about the industry from the entry level. I believe that this experience is what made me reach your screen today. This 13+ years journey has taught me lessons that push me to better myself every day.

After learning enough about the industry, I proposed a work plan to my friends and asked them to invest in Real Estate. In the year 2013, we started a firm called New Sunrise Promoters and completed various projects in a short span of time. My commitment to work has helped me achieve this milestone single-handedly as the company’s Sales and Marketing Head. This paved the way for the formation of my very own Sri Sai Geetha Developers.

Being the Managing Director of this company has added many new responsibilities that I fulfill with utmost care and gratitude.
